Cancellation Policy

At Jolijungle, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent: Full Refund: Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled transfer will incur a charge of 25% of the trip value, equivalent to the deposit. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled transfer will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
